We recently concluded the sale of our home in Whangaparaoa and as the agent I worked with to buy the house in the first place, it seemed like a sensible idea to use Sharon for the sale. Right from the start, the house was valued in a thoughtful, structured and professional way. We went with the recommend marketing programme and we were regularly kept updated on progress with viewings and given helpful buyer feedback. Being based overseas with the complications of differing time zones, the regular Zoom calls, telephone calls and even a WhatsApp group made us feel close and informed throughout the entire process. To further complicate things, we had a sitting tenant in the property which required Sharon's careful and respectful approach balancing the needs of both us at the vendor and the privacy of those occupying the house. Needless to say, if Sharon hadn't handled that as well as she did, we could have been looking at substantial delays. We were delighted to accept and offer within the valuation range only a few weeks after the start of the process and were very pleased to have chosen Sharon to handle this on our behalf. If we were buying or selling in that part of the Coast again, we honestly wouldn’t use anyone else.

Sharon has been absolutely tremendous in completing a sale on our property in a very difficult covid environment. Thru all aspects of the sale Sharon has completely supported and given us amazing help when having to sign documents on line or sending photos and videos as due to sudden lockdown we were not able to get professional photos done.
