I was always going to have Sharon and Kirk list my property , however I also did due diligence and interviewed 4 other Agents . None even came close to Sharon. We sold for health reasons and I was concerned about the pressure of the exercise of selling . Sharon said, “I’m here Lynda to take that stress off you “ and true to her word she did . Not once did I feel under any pressure other than to have a well presented house for Open Homes. Sharon is so very GOOD at what she does that even in this strained climate we ended up with a multi offer and a long settlement which is ideal for us. Had we not been building we absolutely would have engaged Sharon, Kirk and her team to source a new property for us. What was also very very impressive was the weekly reports the continued updates on where we stood and the phone calls for debriefs after open homes! Sharon from first meeting was always immaculately presented and able to communicate clearly the selling options available and the pro's and con's of them and patient in answering our queries. Sharon was quick to see the positive aspects the home had to offer, and made a few suggestions on how we could make the property more appealing to buyers. She had a very proficient photographer/videographer come to the home and do an amazing job in presenting the property in the best light to entice prospective buyers. Sharon has a great office team behind her who provided added support when required. We were kept fully informed of any interest and any feedback on the property. What impressed greatly is Sharon's calm demeanor in dealing with the happenings that can occur around a sale, we found this most reassuring. We can highly recommend her
