A job well done!
I am an Auckland based solicitor and I engaged Sally's services for a deceased estate in which I am the professional executor. Sally worked very hard for the estate and she was extremely helpful, transparent and reliable through the whole process. In the end she got the estate an extremely good price for the property - one that went beyond everyone's expectations. Both myself and the beneficiaries of the estate are very grateful for her excellent work!

You want this man on your team!
John is a legend and I couldn't have been happier having him work on my campaign. From the minute he walked in the door, he knew the buyer, knew what they would be looking for and knew how to get them here. This knowledge saw him take charge in terms of telling me what was and wasn't worth doing to the property to ready it for sale (which saved me money in the end!), what staging furniture should go into the house (I have no involvement which a lovely surprise) and how to best position the price in the market. All of this amazing work resulted in a fantastic result at auction and one very happy vendor. I would recommend John in a hearbeat, he'e one of the best,

Unquestionable Dedication and Results
All I will say is wow - Jane is a rockstar. While Jane is amazing on any day of the week, she has gone above and beyond during COVID and lockdowns. Daily visits to the property, herding the bidders until the 11th hour to give us every opportunity possible at the auction, handling the staging coordination, rebooking photo shoots when we had made a mistake, and skillfully working with the buyers to give us an amazing results at the auction - the list goes on and on. I couldn't be happier with getting Jane onboard for this sale and would both use her myself and recommend her in a heartbeat. She's one of the best!

Very easy to deal with
