From the first phone call we were comfortable with Dean. He was professional from the outset, whilst relaxed and showed understanding of our busy household. What we really appreciated early was his direct feedback when it came to how to prepare the property to present in the best way. It meant some work from our side but this was to be for our eventual benefit. Dean was always confident of a result, even when we began to have our own doubts. Reassurance and determination was key from his side. As the sales process continued we got a sense of his knowledge of the market and how best to create urgency. His estimate was quite accurate and we were happy with our end result.

Never known an agent graft like Monty did for us. In a market that had completely slowed, Monty was out talking to buyers in a non-confronting way to make sure we got the sale we wanted. He challenged us on potentially weird decisions we were making as any good agent should but his personable character and competitive streak is what hit the nail. Absolutely recommend this guy if you want results!
