My husband and I recently sold our house with Vanessa Mowlem and Team. While this could have been a very stressful process, considering that I moved to Europe with our two children during the house sale process while my husband was left alone in Auckland, both my husband and I felt 110% confident by partnering with Vanessa and her fantastic team. Vanessa, Jono, Tahlia and Rae were all amazing to deal with since the moment we met with them. They all were super approachable, very respectful of our home and vey polite. They all provided genuine and clear feedback when required, extremely responsive to every one of our questions, explained clearly every step of the sale process only as and when required rather than overloading us with information, and managed the actual sale of the house impeccably. Vanessa guided us to prepare the property ready for sale in the most efficient and effective way with Tahlia impeccable actions to ensure that things were done smoothly when needed to be. From buying at auction the night New Zealand found itself back in full Alert Level 4 lockdown, to preparing our existing home to sell on a condensed timeline, our experience could potentially be described as a rollercoaster. With Vanessa and Jono guiding us every step of the way, it was, in fact, quite the opposite. They gave us practical advice about where to focus our efforts in preparing our home for sale in a hurry, set our expectations in terms of value and outlined a clear marketing, open home and auction schedule to fit our now COVID-impacted timeline. As it turned out, we didn’t need any of that, because Vanessa and Jono had been working with their network of buyers throughout Alert Level 4 and presented us with two offers on day one of Alert Level 3. Amazing!! Vanessa and Jono put our minds at ease over the tight timeline we had in which to sell and gave us every confidence of a successful outcome, which is exactly what we got.
