Nothing was too much trouble for Vanessa and her team. They were organised, communicative, and efficient. Looking after my parents who were selling and moving to a retirement home, she dealt with everyone in a clear and caring manner. The result was great too with three bidders at the auction, something that we were not expecting in the current market. I couldn’t recommend Vanessa highly enough.

Vanessa and her team had excellent communication throughout the marketing and sales process. Regular face to face meetings to review strategies and discuss progress or lack thereof, were beneficial to move the sale process forward. Initial sale price estimates fell well short of the final outcome, but that is most likely due to the nature of the current market. All the advertising, marketing and sales paperwork were very well prepared and the entire sales process was handled with professionalism and efficiency.

Early 2023 Vanessa correctly advised us against selling on the prevailing market. A year later we called her again, and although the market dipped soon after listing, her confidence was justified, and we sold well.
