It was by chance that we viewed a property with Vanessa and her team, this particular property was not right for us and would be out of our price range. Vanessa suggested we come and view another property on the same day. We loved this property and made a pre auction offer on the Sunday night which was accepted. We were guided by Vanessa and Jono to go in with our best offer, which is what we did and our offer was accepted. The auction was brought forward and we were told there would be other bidders that would also be bidding. Vanessa was so supportive on the day of the auction and leading up to the auction. We were nervous that we would miss out. Vanessa picked up on, especially, my nerves and supported me throughout, even holding my hand right near the end. The team were just as excited that we won the auction as we were! We then decided that we would sell our rental property. I was so impressed with Vanessa, Jono, Tahlia and Rae that we decided to go with them to sell our property. This property has been instrumental for our future and we relied heavily on the rental income that it provided. However, due to purchasing the family home we knew to sell the rental property would be the right move. We did not have long to get the property ready for sale, we were guided by Vanessa, in terms of what we needed to do for the sales campaign. I am in the real estate business and it's not my first home to sell or buy. However my best advice is, if you believe in your agent you let them guide you and not the other way round. You listen to their experience and trust, trust, trust. The end result far exceeded our expectations in every aspect. We were rewarded with an outstanding sale price and sensational support throughout this entire campaign. I truly felt like one of Vanessa's family members, we were treated with utmost respect and tender loving care.
