We can’t say enough to express how pleased with have been with Tom and his team, and especially Phuong ‘Queen of the phones’! From our very first contact Tom was helpful, attentive, nothing was too much trouble, and he even showed up with the coffees! He guided us on the best way to market our rental property. To our surprise he advised that he could work with the tenants in place, which had two fold benefits: For us we didn’t have the anxiety of an empty house open to vandalism and no rent coming in; and for the tenants the chance that they could get to stay in their much beloved home (if it sold tenanted). He worked around our tenants respectfully and handled the challenges that entailed. As advised by Tom we went with a ‘set sale’ marketing strategy, but Tom and his team brought so many offers in a very short space of time that he suggested we change to an auction Phuong really worked the phones to get everyone that had shown an interest to the Auction rooms on the night. We listened in on the phone to the auction and were pleasantly surprised that the hammer fell at well above our reserve. We have had our best ever experience in Real Estate with team Tom Rawson & Phuong!
