We decided to sell our house with Tom at the end of lockdown 2021, it was a crazy unusual time. Tom was amazing with multiple viewings per week and answering our many emails instantly. He has amazing knowledge and drive and pushed to get the best result for us. He has also been helping us to find a new place to call home. Nothing is to hard for Tom. We would definitely reccomend his services and use him again in the future.

There are no words to express my huge gratitude to Tom McCartney for his professional advice in the selling of my property. I found Tom personable and at all times reliable and honest. He was accommodating and responsive to all my questions and requests and I never felt stressed or coerced at anytime. He had a good feel for the market and I trusted his knowledge. We had a fantastic auction and a great result and Tom made this process as uncomplicated as possible for me throughout the Covid lockdown period. Thank you Tom.

Tom did his utmost to make sure that purchasers registered for the auction although there was no actual viewing allowed and he had 9 registered buyers for my property. He kept me informed as to what inquiry he had from purchasers for the property so that I knew what was going on. He also made the considerable paperwork required nowadays less onerous than it might otherwise have been.

Tom was fantastic as our agent. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and was great with communication which was important for us, as we were in a different part of the country during our sale campaign and auction. Our auction was a success and surpassed our expectations which we attribute to having the right agent. He made selling our home easy and enjoyable. We would not hesitate to use Tom again.

Tom has been a wonderful partner to my wife and I in researching over a period of time and bringing to market a long held property in South Auckland. I have dealt with many agents over many years and Tom is right up with the best I have worked with. Commitment and integrity combined with a full understanding of the market and our requirements led to a very pleasing outcome. Great guy to work with.
