I was very happy with my experience with and dealings with Uros, I believe that he went well and truly above and beyond call of duty. The house sold in three weeks and went unconditional in four weeks. The house was tenanted, and Uros worked with the tenants, and I believe because of his approach we had essentially unrestricted access to the house for viewing etc. We ended up with multiple offers on the property two days after the auction. Uros was in contact almost every day just to keep us in the loop even if there was not much to update. I have no problem recommending Uros as an agent. Thanks Grant
