At a time when interest rates were rising we needed Uros’ positivity to progress to selling the house. He was relentless in keeping us informed of changes in the market, what was happening in our area as well as the reactions from those who viewed the house. We felt it was as important to him as it was to us that we would be able to move on to the next chapter in our lives. His punctuality at each meeting and open home just added to the list of professional behaviours he practices everyday. He even made sure that the vendors met their financial obligations on time. I highly recommend anyone wanting to either buy or sell a property to get in touch with Tom McCartney. From the outset Tom was friendly yet very professional explaining the whole process from marketing through to auction. I never felt pressured and I was able to make informed decisions. He has an excellent insight and knowledge of the market. He was in regular communication after Open Homes with feedback and I felt I could contact him anytime. The auctioneer was also excellent and I was impressed with the new purpose built auction rooms. I was also impressed with the extremely efficient admin side of things and found their advice and tips very helpful. Selling a property can be stressful but Tom and the team made it a very positive experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Tom again in the future.
