A very professional team
The decision to sell was made under difficult circumstances, Miranda and the team were sensitive to this and supportive through the whole process. Multiple points of contact were required on our side, making communication challenging but this was expertly managed. The team clearly understood the market and potential vendor groups that would be interested in the property, ensuring the marketing material and auction plan were developed to match this. Family friends recommended Team Jared Hards after their involvement with the team, very happy with the decision to engage with them for this sale and would do so again without hesitation.

Extremely happy with sale of house everything went very smoothly.
We found Jared had everything at his fingertips with regards to the area on prices etc, he kept in touch with us and nothing was a problem. He was very easy to approach and get things sorted if required. We would recommend him to anyone requiring an agent to sell their property. We would also like to mention Miranda who help with the sale a very helpful and lovely lady . We wish them both well for the future.

Great agent
Jared was amazing to work with! We benefited from his help, support and knowledge with finding our new house then with selling our current house.
