We purchased our family home from Jared some years ago and when the time came to move we knew from our buying experience that we would sell through him. As a buyer Jared was great to deal with and the experience was nothing but positive, while at the same time we recognised his sales skills and knew that when the time came we would want those skills on our side as vendors. Jared it straight up and easy to deal with and i appreciated his valuation that did not attempt to get us on board with inflated expectations. When all was said and done Jared's hard work secured multiple bidders on our property and ultimately got us the price we were wanting (in a down market!) which made it that much easier to say goodbye to the home we had put so much into.
