Jared from the very beginning treated me like family I found his honesty empathy and professionalism to be outstanding and it was a long process through the High Court he simplified for me how the process would go and the day of the auction because it was so emotional for me he was behind me with his arm on my shoulder to ensure i was not alone even though my family was with me because of his .marketing shared with Edward Baker who I feel all the same comments are referred to him we had the most bidders on the day 13 whuch created a bidding war and we settled with over 150k over our price we had thought we'd get Jared and Edward Thanks for everything I highly recommended Jared Hards and Edward Baker to be your Real Estate Agents VERY VERY Satisfied Client !!!!!!!!!!!

Miranda is an excellent real estate agent who brings a lot of energy and integrity to her work. I have worked with her both as a vendor and purchaser. For the sale of our home, she took great care to ensure we understood everything, gave us good advice on how to prepare our home for sale, ran an excellent marketing campaign that generated very strong interest, which led to a result on auction day that far exceeded our expectations. As a purchaser, Miranda was really patient with the deliberations on the property, was always helpful, provided thorough and clear information and worked in a very transparent way. She is highly professional, courteous, listens carefully to what you want, communicates extremely well and is really committed to doing a great job for both vendors and purchasers.
