Therese, Jiang and Connie are such a dream team to work with. Their work ethics, insightful knowledge of the market, positive and professional attitude as well as responsive communications made us as a vendor feel quite relief and realistic from the first meeting to the deal’s successfully done at the auction.

We met with 3 different agents before choosing to go with Brad and we are so pleased that we did! Brad listened to us, gave us helpful feedback to prepare our property for sale, kept us informed the whole way through and sold our house quicker than we could have even hoped for. Brad was empathetic to our personal situation and his overall approach made us feel reassured throughout the process. I would highly recommend using Brad as your agent!

I would recommend Shane and Ella as they kept us informed of the selling process and what was happening in the market with regards to our house sale. The house was sold and we are every happy with the result which we could have got if we weren’t with Shane and Ella

I met Michelle during the sale of my parents home in Mairangi Bay. This had been in the family for 36 years and sadly as they grew older and subsequently passed away, the large 809m2 property had not been as well looked after as it could have been. Michelle's knowledge, communication and assistance in marketing the property was amazing. Michelle ran my open homes brilliantly, managed my expectations patiently and even laughed at my dumb jokes. I was always well informed and provided with detailed feedback and assistance every step of the way. Michelle is a professional, friendly, understanding and caring agent who genuinely wants to achieve the best result for you. I highly recommend Michelle and the team at Ray White Mairangi Bay and Milford. They are a wonderful bunch of people who work tirelessly for the best outcome.

Paul was recommended to me by a friend to help me with the sale of a deceased estate in Mairangi Bay. This was owned by my parents for 36 years and as they grew older, the large 809m2 property had not been as well looked after as it could have been. Paul was very relaxed and approachable from our initial phone call, his knowledge, communication and flexibility to develop the perfect sales package for my needs was amazing. I was conflicted about selling the house as I had been told many times no one would buy it, it would be a development site and as such didn't think we would have any success but due to Paul's enthusiasm and determination we went to auction after only 21 days on the market and came away with a fantastic result. If you are looking for a friendly, empathetic, understanding and caring agent who genuinely wants to achieve the best result for you then do not hesitate to contact Paul.
