Thank you so much for giving us such a positive experience selling our home. You are wonderful to work with, offering great advise but also happy to listen to our thoughts. Highly recommend you to everyoneđ

Weâve known Drew for a long time, having been neighbours in the past, so when it came time to sell our rental, he was the first person we called. The property had seen better days after 10 years with the same tenant and their big dog, and we were originally thinking of selling it as-is. But Drew took us through a few renovated homes in the area, which inspired us to put in some effort and bring it up to a basic standard. We ended up replacing both the front and back decks. Along the way, Drew helped us navigate a crosslease title issue caused by the deck extensions, which we hadnât even realised was a problem. When the building report flagged some roof concerns, Drew recommended getting roofing quotes for both repairs and a full replacement, which helped keep buyers on board. It was also our first time selling at auction, but Drew made the whole process simple and stress-free. The auction far exceeded our expectations, with multiple bidders and a result well above reserve. Weâre absolutely thrilled with the outcome and super grateful to Drew for all his advice and support. With kind regards Roland and Carmen

I can't thank the team enough for stepping in and getting the job done. After a failed attempt with another agency, they managed to work through a difficult situation. They kept things professional, negotiated well, and ultimately got the property sold when it felt like it might never happen. Iâm really grateful for their patience, persistence, and the result they achieved

Selling this place wasnât the easiest â no final CCC and plenty of hurdles along the way. But Drew stuck with us the whole time, super patient and determined to get it across the line. In the end, he found the perfect family who even rented it before settling while we got the CCC sorted, which worked out great for everyone. It took a while, but weâre stoked with the result. Couldnât recommend Drew enough!

I have worked with many real estate agents over the years, but the sale of 4 Kerrymaria Place in Hillcrest really stood out thanks to the teamâs clear and consistent communication. Throughout the entire process, I received detailed reports and regular updates, which allowed me to make informed decisions with confidence. Their transparency and professionalism were key in securing a successful result, with the property selling under the hammer. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a results-driven and communicative team.

Drew first reached out to us with a cold call while we had our properties listed with another agency. He convinced us to give his approach a go, and weâre glad we did. Heâs now successfully sold all four of our townhouses. His communication was spot on, and he kept us in the loop the whole way through. What we appreciated most was that he never gave upâhe worked hard and pushed other agents to help get us the best possible result. Weâd happily recommend Drew and his team to anyone thinking about selling their investment properties.

Kris and Andy made this experience as easy as possible they are experienced and know what they are doing. They have good communication skills we knew what was happening at any stage. They were easy to deal with. I found them honest and professional and at the same time relatable and personable. Allowing me to have realistic expectations of market reactions to my property. I felt like they were working for me as the vendor and not just after a quick result. I have used this team to sell 3 properties and would use again.
