It was only through Tim's commitment and persistence to following up with the questions I had that I was able to make the home purchase, one that I am very happy with. I have no doubt that with any other realtor, this likely would not have come into fruition. Tim and Ruth both stayed with me through the process, helping me along the way. They knew that I wanted to find a house and they never stopped being there for me, despite a few set backs. Further, if you want to buy in Kingsland, Western Springs, and surrounds, no one I met seems to know the streets and even houses better. And they are always generous with their ideas and information. Much appreciated. Probably, we'll still keep chatting about houses even though I won't be shopping again for a long while.

The entire process was made easy with Tim and Ruth. Communication was important to us as we were selling property in a city we weren't living in - but this was never a problem, we were always kept in the loop. We were given all the information we needed prior to auction, and on the day we relied on knowledge and advice from Tim during the auction. We were very happy with a successful sale and would certainly use them again.
