Nathan was well presented always looked smart and behaved professional. Also a gentleman which is rear these days. He had all the information on the apartment and the body Corp that l needed. He even brought myself and my sister coffee. I would definitely use Nathan again and tell friends and family as he was so easy to talk too and also new the whole area of Ponsonby, Grey Lynn, Arch Hill, Kingsland etc. Nathan did have to work for me too get the price down, l did come in with a very low off but l realize he is also working for the seller. So l think he came up with a good compromise price which we both accepted. I was happy and they were happy, so we'll done.

Tim was fantastic to deal with. We purchased a home from him first and were so impressed we asked him to sell ours. We could tell that he was working to get the best value for the vendor (with the house we were buying) but did it in an authentic and caring way with us as the buyer. We wanted the same when selling our home. He has been willing to take calls and help any time, provided us great advice, and at the end of the day sold our home for a price we were very happy with.
