10 years ago we had the pleasure of meeting Lynn when we purchased our current home, we were totally impressed with her professionalism, knowledge and most importantly her honesty. Successful Conclusion of Purchase of a New Home with Lynn being our key resource.
On meeting Lynn post our initial call, we entered into a fabulous relationship. Based on the Kendallvale home opportunity, and the processes to achieve the acquisition, Lynn was a great resource to make it happen. With regular communications, and personal chats, Lynn created a brilliant scene for working on how to make the purchasing timeline. Lynn has clear and effective communication. She listened carefully to our described needs and provided tailored advice and applicable solutions. Her approach was to make the selling process as simple and stress-free as possible, keeping us fully informed throughout. The auction actions were well run, and Katrina and I were delighted to conclude the process with the signed acceptance of the purchase of the property. There is much more to say, but the bottom line is that we will be maintaining our relationship with Lynn personally and professionally.
