Rachel is very efficient competent empathetic agent who has quite a hard nosed approach. She understands the area and gets the job done. Jiha is charming, reliable and empathetic. I would work with them anytime. They understood when to push and when to hold back. They are excellent agents I would highly recommend to anyone. They had quite a long process with me and my late husband, but when the time was right it only took a weekend to sell the house off market. They both know the area well and are well respected by the locals.

I had a problem. I found myself in a country in the middle east in the middle of a conflict that nobody wanted. Oil went up, stocks went down. Diesel price hit the people that matter the most. The farmers. I had a rental property that I needed to liquidate to tie me over. Lynn Lockhart stepped up to the plate and smashed it out of the park. In a market where nothing was selling, we got the tenants out, property scrubbed up, marketed and sold under the hammer when nothing else was moving. Needless to say Lynn and her team were a life saver in a real time of crisis. If you don't have someone like Lynn on your team, get someone like Lynn on your team.
