Fiona settled all of our nerves and made the process easy
After finding our dream home and land package, we needed to sell our home quickly so that we could secure the section. We knew the best method was auction, but were a little nervous having never sold via that avenue before. Fiona settled all of our nerves and made the process easy from beginning to end. She went above and beyond, keeping us informed every step of the way, answering all of our questions and was very honest about what we could do to achieve the price we were hoping for. We couldn’t recommend her anymore to somebody who is looking to sell their home - she's a superstar!

Helpful, Experienced & Reassuring
Lynn is the best! She was helpful, professional and great to work with. Communication was great, between her and her assistant Linda we were always kept in the loop. She was easy to reach and able to answer any of our questions. Her experience in real estate in our area gave us confidence to trust in her recommendations on how to best sell our home. She helped us every step of the way and really made us feel like she was going the extra mile, helping us to get the best out of our house sale. We highly recommend going with Lynn as your agent. Wow, was this lady onto it – right from the start.
Wow, was this lady onto it – right from the start. She arrived at my Papakura home having done all her due diligence. She had a look around and advised immediately that I could get a lot more than what the developer had offered. Fiona took considerable time and great care to explain and make sure I understood everything. She needed to know I was comfortable before I signed the paperwork and committed to using her services.
