Daniela was very helpful throughout this whole process, this was our first home and she was open, answered any questions and provided lots of helpful information when asked. She was not overbearing but followed up which was very helpful with our busy work schedules. Daniela seems very lovely and remained positive throughout the whole experience, would definitely recommend her. I really love how she doesn’t come across as pushy but she also knows how to hold her ground when appropriate she had a beautiful balance of both those qualities. Daniela was always very professional and seemed to have good knowledge or the market. She was always prompt with her communication and liased with the vendor in a timely manner.

Selling Mum's home was a monumentus time in our family as it had been the family home for myself and my siblings, and Mum's for over 60 years. It was an anxious time for Mum as she is 81, transitioning out of her familiar place and selling it was a stressful prospect for her. Daniel designed the entire sale process around what was best for Mum. He was extremely respectful and consciously ensured she was ok at each point in the sale journey.
