I had the pleasure of selling our home with Ben & Serena which has been in our family for decades. It was a reluctant but necessary sale that required a lot of patience dealing with family members and hand holding through the process. We had added hiccups of insurance issues due to a neighbours house fire affecting a nearby fence, Ben & Serena were always patient, kind and were never ‘pushy’ to rush us.
