Having had poor experiences with agents in the past, we found Ash to be proactive in making the arrangements for selling our place - what needed to be done, and by when - and he kept us appraised of the goings on and our options throughout the process. We found Ash to be genuine, and he didn’t flower up his messages and emails. As busy professionals with a young family, communicating with us in this direct way was beneficial and enabled the sale to go through with minimal fuss. I had the pleasure of selling our home with Ben & Serena which has been in our family for decades. It was a reluctant but necessary sale that required a lot of patience dealing with family members and hand holding through the process. We had added hiccups of insurance issues due to a neighbours house fire affecting a nearby fence, Ben & Serena were always patient, kind and were never ‘pushy’ to rush us. My Grandfather was the final decision maker and they were great with him. Took the time to sit with him and walk him through each step, explaining positives and negatives and reassuring him that the final choice was his. They were informative and kept all the family members involved, updated along the way. Thank you both for getting this over the line for us!
