He gave us the skills and contacts to prepare to go to market, then the confidence to actually do it. The expectations he set were clear and realistic. He listened, adapted and listened some more. He helped us navigate some really tricky issues, and he did so calmly and patiently, adapting his marketing accordingly. He was honest, communicated exceptionally well throughout, and checked and double checked when needed. Throughout the process he took on our views and needs and did so with good humour. He used his team optimally to get the best for us. Honestly wouldn’t have wanted to do it with anyone else. Paul got us the results we wanted and ensured we knew our role in getting there too. I used Paul Glover & Fleur Wallace to sell 2/3 Ondine Place, Glenfield My first time selling a property, so was unsure what to expect etc. Paul was my main point of contact, with Fleur working hard in the background.
