Rochelle has been selling houses in the area for a number of years. We first met her when we were looking to move into the area. She has been great at keeping in touch through the years. Not too pushy, just right. That is the reason we decided to have her sell our property. Throughout the process, Rochelle and her team were great at communicating. The marketing seemed daunting, especially selling from overseas. Rochelle was very flexible with the time difference and kept us in the loop at every stage of the marketing and the sale at the auction. Rochelle and her team are very personable and approachable. Josh was very kind, supportive and patient towards me although he had to repeat the explanation to me several times as my mother tongue is not English. He is knowledgeable. He always provided me all the information I wanted to know and what I should know about. Josh also made sure I understood those information given.
