He gave us the skills and contacts to prepare to go to market, then the confidence to actually do it. The expectations he set were clear and realistic. He listened, adapted and listened some more. He helped us navigate some really tricky issues, and he did so calmly and patiently, adapting his marketing accordingly. He was honest, communicated exceptionally well throughout, and checked and double checked when needed. Throughout the process he took on our views and needs and did so with good humour. He used his team optimally to get the best for us. Honestly wouldn’t have wanted to do it with anyone else. Paul got us the results we wanted and ensured we knew our role in getting there too. Selling your home in today's climate is extremely hard, especially when homes had been purchased at their peak . Communication is essential and Paul excelled in this area. We were pleased with the efforts taken today secure a buyer for our own. We didn't get the price we were chasing , but we had to way up the challenges of waiting or selling now. The final price was , i think , at the top of its current price band and all credit to Paul and his team.
