We decided to list our home with Michael. He did an appraisal and made some very sound suggestions to make our home more desirable to buyers. We took his advice and carried out the plan. When we went to market we had a lot of positive comments and the house sold quickly and at a price we were very satisfied with.

I was out of town for the entire process of the sale of my property, but Michael provided clear feedback and excellent advice. His suggestions we spot on, and I have no doubt resulted in multiple offers, well in excess of expectations, within a week of my property going on the market. Michael has been a pleasure to work with and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I'd highly recommend Michael to any one !!
