Very efficient and professional
Michael and Michelle are a great team who got us the result we wanted very quickly. They handled everything very professionally but made us feel very involved and comfortable. Michelle is very good at what she does and nothing was a hassle. If we ever sell again we will definitely use them, and I will recommend to friends and family if they are selling.

Fantastic experience
My fiance and I purchased our first home through Michael and it was an amazing experience. Michael explained everything to us easily and really made the whole process very smooth. He gave us the encouragement and guidance we both needed which made the whole thing seem much less scary! It was also really lovely, that as a same-sex couple we didn't feel the need to explain our relationship as we had had to do with other agents. I would recommend Michael to anyone looking at buying or selling their property as we were so pleased with the experience and couldn't be happier in our new home.

Brilliant Service in Record Time
We chose Michael as our agent due to his stellar local reputation, his enthusiasm and personable nature. We had a very short time window to sell our Blenheim property in order to get our 'dream' house in Picton. Michael took our time goal seriously, committed himself to the sale of our property and came through with a buyer who could make our time frame. Mark help was exceptional with the whole process
Mark was very helpful in advising us on the marketing plan how to present the property and also help in finding tradespeople to complete work for us as we were based in Christchurch. His ability to guide us through the process and to keep us up to date on open homes and the final sales process was Fantastic- Marks on going comment to me was don't get stressed its all under control was so true : Exceptional service thank you

Excellent experience seeling our house with Mark
We had a great experience with Mark selling our house for us.
