Michael has an effusive personality and while proposing his recommended methods is receptive to client preferences. He moved very quickly once we'd signed the agency agreement, and after a team 'caravan' a few days later, he and other members of the Ray White team were bringing round potential buyers. The result was a very good offer only a few days later, which was quickly negotiated into a contract. His estimates of the price we could expect proved very accurate.

Excellent communicator, gets on with the job. With his building industry knowledge is a big advantage, is able to advise buyers and owner likewise any work that needs doing and how much will it cost, an estimator at hand. that made it easy on the purchaser to get their decision in order. Never gives up, follows up with prospective buyers and updates. He got us over the line.
