With his building industry knowledge is a big advantage, is able to advise buyers and owner likewise any work that needs doing and how much will it cost, an estimator at hand. that made it easy on the purchaser to get their decision in order. Never gives up, follows up with prospective buyers and updates. He got us over the line.

Communication was on point, replied very quickly, strong knowledge of his craft but wasn't afraid to ask for clarification if he wasn't sure of something.
