I appreciated the prompt appraisal for listing by Trina only a few days after first contact, with the provision of details of recent sales and comparable properties in the area. She also gave me a list of Marlborough solicitors and tradespeople which was very helpful. Less than two weeks after first contact, the property was listed with a two-week deadline and Open Homes arranged. My preferences regarding potential purchasers were respected. A sale has now been confirmed. It has been a pleasure to work with Trina and her team. She knows the market well and has excellent communication skills.
