Good experience while staying at the property. Slow communication while exiting the property. Wouldn't pick up calls and change in tone at towards the end of the tenancy.

Rachel and Amy are very responsive both ways - from us as landlords and our tenants. They have contacts with good traders and inspectors if the house needs them. They gave good advices on the market situation as well as on the maintenance plan of the house.

Stand out by being available, efficient, knowledge of the market and locality, access to trades when needed, and friendly assistance.

Rachel and Amy have a thorough knowledge of the rental market, processes and laws. They ensured our property was cared for through regular inspections which were informative and helped us decide on where to spend money on maintenance. They also ensured the tenants were looked after and if any maintenance issues were raised they were promptly attended to. They are thorough professionals who offer sound advice backed with years of experience. Highly recommended.

We have been tenants at our property for almost 10 years, and for the past 5 years, we’ve had the pleasure of working with Emma for all our maintenance needs. She is absolute gold! Emma is incredibly attentive, easy to communicate with, and always ensures any repairs or issues are handled promptly and smoothly. Having a property manager who genuinely cares makes a world of difference. We couldn't ask for a better person to deal with!

Emma has been managing my property for over a year now, she is very communicative and clearly wants the best outcome for both landlord and tenants. Being outside of New Zealand, I really appreciate that Emma treats the property as one of her own which has been instrumental in helping find new tenants we are comfortable with.
