As the first home buyers with very little experience, buying a property was quite stressful for us. Regan and Josh were very supportive and made the whole experience so much easier and actually enjoyable. The first encounter with Regan was the title on trademe add that captured our attention… “Shhhh! Unicorn discovered!”. Loved it! We loved the house from the first open home and came back every weekend. The house was nicely presented and having an hour-long open home allowed us to get a good feeling of the space and gave us enough time to chat with Regan and Josh about all the questions we had. They promptly responded to all our queries and resolved all minor issues with the title. They gave us some good advice for bidding at the auction. Regan invited us to bring our beloved dog to the auction, which made the whole experience less stressful and so much more fun :) And the final touch was the front door on our new home, beautifully decorated with a yellow ribbon bow on the settlement date. A small gesture that made us feel special. We appreciate all the support and effort… you are the best.

Regan is the queen of Beach Haven and the surrounding community. If she doesn't know something about real estate in this area, it probably isn't worth knowing. She made it very easy for us to understand how our house would be received by the market and why. She also did a great job helping us to know what to expect from the process. This made planning and preparing so much easier for us. Regan has a wealth of knowledge and experience but she's always careful to wield that with the intent of educating us and showing us options vs. trying to direct decisions. She's very careful to make sure we knew that ultimately the decisions were ours to make and that she was there to support us. We had weekly meetings where we would look at feedback and metrics and co-create the next week's approach to selling. We were always kept informed up to the minute through DMs if anything significant changed and would also respond quickly if we had questions. In the end, when we'd sold our home, we had sold the house in less time than we had expected and for an amount we were happy with. Totally delivered. Our expectations were met and exceeded.

We had lived in Beach Haven for several years, and bought our home through Ray White back in the day. Over the years as we did renovations on our property, the Ray White team were available for advice and guidance on how to make the best value-for-money improvements on our property. Fast-forward a few years and it was a no-brainer about who we wanted to sell our property through. It had to be Ray White, and it also had to be Regan. Regan has shown genuine interest in our family for many years. We wholeheartedly trusted her to look after us through the sale of our home. Throughout the sale process, she was super clear with her communication, and made us feel comfortable with the whole process, regardless of the outcome. We now live in Wellington so had to sell our Beach Haven property remotely, but it couldn't have been easier thanks to Regan and her team who were flexible and accommodating. On auction day, she made us feel comfortable and (mostly!) relaxed, and the result was absolutely incredible. Regan is a talented agent and a wonderful human generally, and if we were to go through this process a second time we'd 100% work with her again.

We are very glad we went with Regan and Josh. We've never sold before, and were slightly intimidated by the process. Regan and Josh spent the time and energy to understand where we were, and helped us understand what was possible. We never felt pushed, and always felt supported and encouraged.
