Thank you to Regan and team for selling our property. It was not an easy sell and Regan pulled out all the stops and really supported us along the way. Regan has such a vast knowledge of the area, with her living in the community she can really give potential buyers local knowledge of schools, cafes, transportation and history. Communication was great, Regan kept us up to date during the whole process and she did what she said she would. She was very honest with both us as the vendor and also with potential buyers as we were selling with a defective title. I appreciated that Regan kept it real, as a vendor of course we wanted a price that was really high, but Regan was realistic and gave facts as to what the house would actually sell for. I really appreciated Regan and her Team (Libby and Oliva) through this process, selling a house can be stressful but they acted with integrity and respect and we got a great outcome in the end.
