We first met Mark Roy on one of the worst weather days possible. This did not phase Mark at all. I found Carlos, for a very young man, to be extremely professional and always very well dressed from the start. I can't speak highly enough of how professional and genuine person Carlos is as a person and real estate agent. A truly lovely young man. As an elderly client, the thought of selling my home was very stressful, however Carlos made the whole process a lot easier he went above and beyond to make sure I understood every step. And as I have trouble seeing he would read things out for me or ring me to make sure I had read the paperwork. Which took alot of anxiety out of the process. He told me he'd sell it in a week and true to his word he did at the price I wanted.
