whenever we spoke he was very pleasant ,helpful and informative.
While I didn't meet Ryder in person whenever we spoke he was pleasant helpful, professional and informative . If he didn't know something ,he would find out and get back to me in a timely manner. Easy to deal with .Did little extra things including turning the mains water off to make things easier for everyone. I would be happy to refer both Ryder and John Pope to anyone I knew looking for a real estate agent in Papamoa

Absolute Superstar
Mark has been exceptional throughout the whole selling experience. To say he went above and beyond would be a gross understatement and we truly appreciated the support and frequent progress updates that he provided us with. Billy is Incredible! Everyone should try get Billy!
We can’t thank you enough Billy for your hard work and efforts assisting us to purchase our very first home. Buying your first home can be scary, but Billy guided us through the process, liaised with builders and was super approachable. Billy has a wealth of knowledge regarding property in Tauranga and was able to answer any and all questions we had. Billy made time for us to view our final property (which we ended up purchasing) at very short notice and made us feel very welcome. Billy is trustworthy and his instructions were clear, he made sure we were well informed on the property. Billy definitely holds his vendors in high regard and ensured they would get the best offer they could. Although a tough negotiator, we could see that he was integrous and fair in his approach. We dealt with many real estate agents in our process to buy our home & Billy is the most excellent and professional agent we dealt with. We can’t recommend Billy enough! Thank you Billy and team!
