Billy - is my Real estate man, how to publicly thank a man like Billy.    I'm a single, 71 years old lady.........  I don't know why Billy looked after my interests so well, perhaps my age, perhaps because I was overseas on holiday or just perhaps that's Billy and he is like that, no favorites.  It took a long time to sell my investment house at the Mount, about nine months, it was one of those properties.    I thought it was a great investment and it was, but it wasn't an easy sell when like minded investors were on the same page as I was.    Billy went down every sales angle, he didn't leave the place sitting on the books, we jumped from price by enquiry, set pricing, auction, relist it, he was my property manager every sunday at open homes first on scene when the plumber was needed, there for the electrician.  Things went wrong while I was overseas on holiday.  Billy sure did his job. Over the listing period, Billy put four or five contracts in front of me, all but the last falling over, the first one came in on the day I had a heart attack and started a whole new existence lol.  Billy leveled up and became the most important man in my life looking after my interests at the Mount house with my tenants, floods, broken toilets.
