He has now sold two houses for us and in both cases achieved great results with his patience, excellent negotiating skills, his experience and in-depth knowledge of the local market. We felt we could trust him implicitly to advise us and keep us informed at every step of the way. We greatly appreciated his keeping us up to date with latest developments promptly, and for his down to earth assessments of offers as they came in. Stuart was very patient, both with us and with prospective buyers. We felt he always went that extra step to achieve the best results for us and are very grateful. Even when some remedial work had to be done, Stuart arranged to be on site to keep an overview/check on the work, going quite a considerable way outside his brief, we felt. Always pleasant, always available, nothing was too much trouble. In addition, everything we needed was attended to in a most professional manner so that the whole process was seamless.

Its hard to sell the family home after 30 plus yrs especially when we had renovated it from a dump, you put more than sweat and money into a home, there are 30yrs of memories, Adraian understands this and worked closely with us on every aspect of the process. Even though she has a thorough understanding of the whole process, she brought the whole crew around for a look which I thought very smart. Adraian was easy to deal with, always returned calls, which is a biggy for me, and made a tough time smooth. If we were to sell again I would definitely get Adraian to handle it.
