He explained the selling process well before we signed and gave good advice. Prompt updates after open homes kept us informed with other emails. Bryan sold our previous house years earlier and did an exceptional job in a stressful time during covid. We did not hesitate in calling upon him to sell for us again. His honesty, professionalism and knowledge of the market, combined with his patience and his ambition, to find the right price at a time when interest rates are high, to suit both parties, was noble and it doesn't surprise us that he has been one of the best top sellers over the years because of this.
