Being a property investor and home owner, who has moved around the country a bit with my full time job, I have met many Real Estate Agents. I have met some good Agents, average Agents and useless ones. Dominic and Ady are by far the best. They have gone well beyond our expectations and really well beyond any of the many Agents we have dealt with in the past. They took the time to understand our needs as clients, for what was a pretty complex and difficult property and delivered a result that we were very happy with. Among the many things they did and well before it entered into an auction campaign is they helped us present the property we were selling in the best possible way, to ensure it gave us the best opportunity to maximise our price. Agents in the past I have dealt with simply want to get the property listed as fast as possible to get the sale based on their needs only, not the sellers. Dominic and Ady aren't like that. Further, they have been in contact with us for many years and ensured they remained on our radar. Dominic and Ady a well polished combination took on selling our apartment portraying confidence and experience in the apartment real estate market. To whom it may concern, I was quite pleased with Dominic because he gave us every chance to be able to sell our property. He made a few suggestions on what moves we have to make to be able to market our property. It costs us a few dollars but I understood why we had to fork out the money. I wish we could have sold the property at a higher price but Dominic made us realised why the property is only worth what it is. Overall Dominic was very professional with his approach and his expertise was very obvious. I would recommend him to anyone who would want to buy or sell Real Estate in New Zealand.

Dominic and Ady Huang from Ray White know their stuff on these central Auckland apartments. Each building has its (leaky?) history, Body Corp, building manager etc, and Dominic's knowledge goes way back. For investors, Ady quotes all the outgoings and rent appraisals from memory.
