Professional and great communicator.

Ady helped make a good team, great.
I have enjoyed the opportunity to see Ady in action working in tandem with Dominic Worthington. I know Ady has also worked solo previously but in my latest experience she has completed a team with great back up and follow up skills. In the sale of this property I think the team helped each other stay motivated and used their wile to extract a sale from a market where a lot of wait and see was happening. Ady appears to me to have given considerable time and effort to help achieve a sale.

Good work Dominic thank you
I have found Dominic to be very professional in his communication with me both prior to engaging him and during the marketing process. He kept me informed about the downward trend of the market and to realise that an original sale price estimate may not be achievable. However he remained confident that a sale would occur and I believed in his judgment of this. For me a sale was more important than an absolute rigidity on price so I was happy with the result. Dominic gave regular updates throughout his campaign and it seems to me entered into this time with wholehearted passion and commitment.

Buyers decide in 8 seconds!
My experience as a Barrister & Solicitor dealing with conveyancing for many years, I found that Mr Dominic and Mrs Ady to be very skillful Real Estate Agents, and have many plans to sell any property. This was during a very challenging and soft market. We understand that a purchaser decide in the first eight seconds of seeing a home if they’re interested in buying it. Mr Dominic and Mrs Ady will get out of their car, they walk in their shoes and see what they see within the first eight seconds. In my research I am aware of that a high quality real estate agent that really knows what they are doing will add more to the equation than they cost. Because people make mistakes when selling their own home – the mistakes are costly. My advice is don’t beat yourself up. Some transactions will naturally go smoothly, and others are a month of challenges. Before you put you property on the market, please seek advise for Mr Dominic and Mrs Ady. Awesome team
Dominic and his trusty sidekick Ady were awesome. I enquired about several listings with various agents but Dominic and Ady were extremely prompt in returning my emails. Everything was done via email until i needed to call them. It really was an easy connect. I ws walked thru the bidding at auction and Dominic was awesome on auction day. I won the auction at a cery good price. They are my go to agents. They worked hard for me and for their vendor. I am really happy to refer them and use them again.
