Market knowledge was pretty good, given an idea upfront of what to expect in terms of the initial appraisal and what we may end up selling for so expectations managed well. Our property had a deadline sale of 3 weeks from listing and we didn't know what to expect given the area of Rolleston being so overwhelmed with homes for sale but Michael did it, also negotiated for us to where we needed to be without hesitation!
