Karen was great at keeping us informed and offering advice
Our thanks to Karen Tippett for the recent sale of our much loved family bach in Waihi Beach. From the beginning her assistance was invaluable, due to storms we were unable to get to Waihi Beach from the Waikato and she viewed the property and got it on the market with very little input from us. Karen kept us informed and followed through on everything she offered and was able to put our mind at ease from a distance, in fact we only met up with her in person to sign the Sale & Purchase Agreement. We would have no hesitation in recommending Karen as an agent.

Reliable and Honest
Wendy was the agent for a house we purchased. She was very prompt, reliable and genuinely friendly. One thing that struck us was her honesty. She somehow was able to not 'gloss over' the property (by offering us logical advise and an honest opinion) but she also stayed true to the seller at the same time. Not an easy feat. Thank you Wendy!

Very Good and informative
We had three appraisals and all were much the same with their price indication. Karen kept us informed at all times, she wasn't pushy and seemed very relaxed in our company which was important to us. We ended up with a result that was very close to our expectation.

Knowledgeable, professional, approachable, honest
From our very first meeting with Sandra to discuss the listing, marketing, photo shoot throught to our property going live her experience and professional approach stood out. We were kept up to date every step of the way and she was always contactable. We were always provided honest feed back after viewings and she always followed-up with prospective purchasers.
