Karen allowed us time to look around and discuss things without being right behind us. We find this much better than an agent being involved with all conversation. She was all too willing to join in when required and followed up on questions we had on decor used within the house ( ie flooring tiles etc ) Her response to negotiations with builders reports were handled in a timely manner and we had answers without delay
