Peter was very easy to deal with throughout the buying process and was very easy to communicate with. He was able to answer any questions and was very easy to work with. We were a bit disappointed on settlement day as we didn't hear from Peter personally and since this is our first home we would have expected to hear from him on settlement day rather than his PA. We had issues with the entry keys but Peter got onto sorting that with the vendor.

Peter immediately made me feel super comfortable with the whole thing being my 1st sale of my 1st ever home. Due to sad circumstances we needed to sell the family home after 60 years. He arranged a comprehensive appraisal, not over the top with marketing strategies and within budget. On line advertising is now the best way. We were reluctant to go to auction but it was the best thing we that could have done, and to stage the house. Open homes attracted more interest than we thought, and Peter bought in the empty Council bin saving me a trip to the empty house. Peter made very good suggestions to get the property into a saleable condition, so thank you. Thanks pre settlement to arranging a final inspection, and removing the SOLD sign just before settlement happened.
