From the first time we met with Peter we were confident he was the right person to sell our property. Knowing it wasn’t going to be the easiest to sell didn’t bother him at all. He was honest with his market appraisal & knew the best way to market the property. He ran 3 open homes before the deadline sale with turnouts better than expected. We ended up with 2 good offers at deadline, ending with the 2nd offer purchasing the property. Peter kept me informed throughout the process. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again & would recommend him to anyone. No complaints at all. 5 Stars from us.

Peter was very easy to deal with throughout the buying process and was very easy to communicate with. He was able to answer any questions and was very easy to work with. We were a bit disappointed on settlement day as we didn't hear from Peter personally and since this is our first home we would have expected to hear from him on settlement day rather than his PA. We had issues with the entry keys but Peter got onto sorting that with the vendor.

I had intentions of seeing at least 3 agents, Peter was the 1st one I meet, brilliant no need to see anyone else. Peter immediately made me feel super comfortable with the whole thing being my 1st sale of my 1st ever home. I figured this whole thing would be stressful but not the case at all I was guided the whole way by Peter, he did exactly what he said he would do when he said he would do it and for me that was Diamond service. Peter was always communicating with me either a text or call making me feel like I was his only client he had. There literally is nothing he can't help along the way. Then the call .. Due to sad circumstances we needed to sell the family home after 60 years. He arranged a comprehensive appraisal, not over the top with marketing strategies and within budget. On line advertising is now the best way. We were reluctant to go to auction but it was the best thing we that could have done, and to stage the house. Open homes attracted more interest than we thought, and Peter bought in the empty Council bin saving me a trip to the empty house. Peter made very good suggestions to get the property into a saleable condition, so thank you. Thanks pre settlement to arranging a final inspection, and removing the SOLD sign just before settlement happened.
