Devan was very welcoming and accommodating and at the open home, unlike many agents, he game us the time and space to view the property without hovering or peppering us with questions. He was however available with relevant information and helpful advice. We bought the property soon after and Devan has been highly professional throughout the process and done everything he can to assist in making the transaction smooth and hassle free.

Bernadette's market knowledge based on many years experience was spot on, honest and with a clear empathy for vendor and purchases. Excellent feedback and follow-up on prospective purchasers was provided and she helped negotiate our way through the auction process including responding to pre auction offers with professional advise, not pressuring us in any way. As a last comment, Bernadette's assessed achievable price was significantly higher than any other agent canvassed, but her price was what was achieved. I believe this resulted from her detailed knowledge and understanding of the local market to the street level.
