He is such a nice person!! So easy to deal with. Always available for a chat when we needed him. Gave us just the right amount of information when we needed it, but didn't pester us too much with lots of calls. I would recommend him to anyone. He was very appropriate with how we should market the house, made the right calls when they needed to be made, and really got the best price for our house.

We have watched Bernadette being involved in selling houses around Oceandowns and Papamoa over recent years and we consider she has done a marvellous job. We have also heard from several people for whom she has sold houses and everyone is absolutely satisfied. Therefore when we decided to put our house on the market we contacted her and were more than happy to give her and NRG Reality Ltd the sole Agency. While the market has tightened considerably from a few months ago, Bernadette has sold our house in 3 weeks at a realistic price with which we are satisfied in the climate prevailing at present.
