They go out of their way to do everything possible to achieve a sale at the best possible price. They provided regular updates, followed-up with all interested parties and were proactive in the marketing of the property. While we had to adapt our price expectation to the changing market, Jolene and Eddie were never pushy about it, they always listened to our thoughts first and offered several options. They accompanied and guided all the prospective buyers in order to get an offer. We cannot fault how fantastic these guy’s are. They helped us every step of the way though. We could contact them with any worries we had, Helped stage part of our house because we were downsizing. As we had sold off furniture. Nothing was a problem for them to sort it out. The real estate market changed overnight so people were uncertain about committing to buying because interest rates and the world generally was not in a good space. Our buyer was originally from an Asian country and was very unpleasant person to deal with. Totally professional at all times were our agent’s. I can’t say enough highly recommended. We will be referring anyone to these great people.

We could not have had better agents they were fantastic no complaints at all. They done everything in a different environment with house prices dropping, world markets uncertain. But they couldn’t do it any better with a demanding buyer originally from China. We will be highly recommending Eddie and Jolene to anyone we know is looking at selling.

My husband and I can’t rave about Eddie and Jolene enough. They have been so great to work with. They are available, knowledgeable and communicate well. We felt they went well above what was expected of them! Helping us understand the process (both selling and buying). They worked so hard for us with so many interested in the property and complexities with the ages of our house. They were so reassuring throughout the process. Understanding what was needed and how best to sell our property. When things didn’t go as we hoped the first time around (due to the buyers) Eddie and Jolene were quick to make contact, help us form a plan and constantly lifting our eyes to be positive and look to the future. They were fantastic with our kids! Our kids LOVE them and often say they have things to show ‘Jolene and Eddie when they come next’. Honestly, it’s been a complete pleasure guys! As we have looked at other houses and talked to other agents, we have been more and more convinced that Eddie and Jolene are the best agents out there! They were an absolute God send to us!
