Excellent communication throughout the process. Helped stage property and showed extensive market knowledge in how to present and market the property. Eddie helped find tradesmen at extremely short notice to help with decoration and carpeting needs. Jolene went through mountain of work finding out details of services required by purchaser. Then Eddie helped recover sale that looked to have fallen over very late. Collectively a great team who are a pleasure to work with. This is the second time they have helped us for successful sales. Fantastic service that we highly recommend to others.

Jolene and Eddie are great to work with. They are great communicators, easy to get ahold of and do what they say they will do. Eddie made me feel welcome and valued the moment I arrived at the open home, with his friendly and approachable demeanor. He treated every prospective buyer fairly to get the best deal for his client the seller, demonstrated when taking me aside when it reached the stage of putting the price down on the S&P agreement. Jolene's empathetic nature put me immediately at ease, and at one stage when I needed some crucial information she went out of her way to find it for me. They demonstrated good market knowledge from my perspective, as I believe I bought a home just right for us at a fair price. When we came to the decision to put our house on the market, we got appraisals from five agents. For us it was an easy decision to choose Jolene and Eddie, as, right from the outset, they were so passionate and enthusiastic about being the ones to list our home. They were outstanding and, unlike other agents, didn't encourage us to spend huge amounts on marketing or go overboard with anything. Our house was not an easy sell and it took several weeks to receive a contract, but, throughout all that time, Eddie and Jolene were positive, encouraging and persevering. We also found them to be totally trustworthy and caring of our home and its many contents. They always arrived early for open homes and we never came home to find the house unlocked or unsecured. Ultimately we were happy with the price achieved in a tough market and don't feel there is anything that could have been done differently. We find Eddie and Jolene to be the loveliest, most genuine people, very warm and personable and there is no one we would have trusted more with the mammoth task of selling our home.
